Shipping & Delivery Policy (Stellabliss)

Processing
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (no weekend/holiday dispatch).
• Items in the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse availability.

Shipping Regions
• United States only (Domestic zone). If you need delivery outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering.

Services & Rates (Domestic • USA)

Economy
• Free Economy shipping on orders US$50.00 and above.
• Economy 0–5 lb: US$4.90
• Economy 5–70 lb: US$19.90
• Typical transit: about 3–8 business days.

Standard
• Standard 0–1 lb: US$6.90
• Standard 1–5 lb: US$9.90
• Typical transit: about 2–5 business days.

Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx (auto-selected for best rate & speed). Actual timing depends on carrier scans, seasonal volume, and weather.

Tracking
• A tracking number is emailed within 24–48 hours after dispatch and is visible on your order page.
• Multiple items may generate multiple tracking numbers.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
• Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to request an address change; once handed to the carrier, changes aren’t guaranteed.
• Parcels returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery can be reshipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus actual outbound/return shipping and carrier fees.

Taxes
• U.S. orders: Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Late, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
• If tracking shows prolonged delay, loss, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the last scan or delivery. Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the outer box and item(s).
• After carrier verification, we’ll reship or refund based on the outcome (and insurance, if applicable).

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
• We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (usually via USPS). Transit times may be longer.

Restricted Destinations/Items
• We don’t ship to locations or send items prohibited by carriers or local law. High-risk orders may be canceled and refunded proactively.
